Be a Top Dawg! Our school-wide behavior program is going very well in my classroom, and the students have been working hard to earn their Bulldog Bucks. We have a special reward for those who save enough money at the end of each month. Any extra money they earn then goes into a "savings account" for them. The children can use their money in savings for extra things we like to do such as lunch in the classroom, auctions, and raffles. I am proud of my Top Dawgs! They have learned they need to always: Be Respectful Be Safe Be Proud Be Responsible |

Homework Policy I am so pleased with my responsible students who always remember their homework. They make me so proud! Please be aware that should the children forget their homework, they will not earn their Bulldog Buck for responsibility that day. Also, the recess period will be used to complete the missed assignment.

L-o-o-o-n-g Winter Nights? Cold winter nights are perfect for reading a good book! Please encourage your children to grab their favorite story, a warm cuddly blanket, and curl up for some adventure. This is also a wonderful way to share special time with your young readers. Let them read to you!

Label Everything! With lots of snowflakes and icy temperatures right around the corner, I want to remind everyone to label your child's coat, hat, boots, etc. So many outer garments look alike! Identification helps us to avoid problems at recess and dismissal time.
