What Is Study Skills?

Study Skills is a time given on select days in sixth grade for students to begin their daily homework. This time is at the end of each day, after all classes and rotations have been completed. Students are permitted to work silently on their class work and/or homework. This time also allows  a student to ask his or her teacher any questions about the class or assignments. If a teacher believes that a student needs some extra assistance, a peer tutor may be assigned. Peer tutoring will be done at this time also.
